Delivery Terms and Conditions

There must be a person 18 years of age or older authorized to sign for and receive the order.
There will be an automatic re-delivery fee if you are not available for your scheduled delivery (i.e. if no one is available to sign for delivery or if there was no access for the delivery) and if there was no notice of cancellation before your scheduled delivery date.
You will be required to do a unit count of all items being delivered and provide a signature to confirm your acceptance of the product(s).
All products must be inspected to affirm product(s) are free of damage. If you should notice any damages or deficiencies upon delivery, this must be noted on the driver’s copy of the packing slip. Please call our delivery department (905-625-4435 ext. 144) so we can properly assess the issue and deal with it accordingly.
If requested at time of booking, we will deliver inside the property on ground level only. This must be requested ahead of time to ensure the delivery team is prepared.
If you are requesting delivery to a multi-unit building, we will not enter the building. Please ensure the elevator is booked in advance.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a clear path to deliver. During the winter, please make sure any driveways and walkways are clear of snow and ice as the safety of your products and our delivery team are of highest importance.
